Intuition+ Help Topics
Add Category
Tap the red plus sign on the top right of the main Categories screen or drag down under the title bar.
Edit Category
Tap the color block next to the Category name text to edit the Category name.
Delete Category
Drag category left. Confirm category deletion.
Choose “Delete Category and Tasks” to delete both the category and any tasks assigned to that category.
Choose “Delete Category Only” to save the associated tasks; they will be automatically transferred to Everything Else.
Add Task
From within a Category, tap the plus sign at top right or pull down for blank task field
Edit Task Name
Tap the task name to edit task name text.
Edit Task Properties
Tap the right arrow next to each task to go to task edit screen. Add details (top reminder, due date, location, category, photos, notes) by tapping the appropriate icon directly beneath your task.
Add Task Due Date
When editing a task, tap the calendar icon on the task’s icon bar to assign due date, reminder, and set repeating options.
Add Task Note
When editing a task, tap the notepad icon to add your own notes to the task.
Add Task Location
When editing a task, tap the location icon to assign location. Now the task will show up on the Intuition map, accessible via the Location icon in the bottom button bar.
Add Task Photos
When editing a task, tap the camera icon to add one or more photos.
Calendar: Overview
This view shows your tasks ranked in order of due date with color designating the category.
Calendar: Date View
Shows a list of the tasks due for that day. Tap on the right or left arrow view the tasks for next or previous days
Options: Tap on a specific time to add a task with a corresponding due date; tap on a task to edit it.
Calendar: Month View
Tap on a day to view the task list for that date.
Check Off Task
Drag right on a task. Task moves to bottom of list, crossed off with a check mark. To put crossed out task back on list, drag right on task again.
Delete Task
Drag left on a task. A message will appear to confirm you want to delete. Tap continue to delete or tap cancel.
About Assist Me
This area of the app contains tips and articles to help you manage key aspects of your life.
Top Reminders
Tap the asterisk icon to designate the task as a Top Reminder. The Top Reminders category collects all your high priority tasks from across Intuition.
Change Task Category
When editing a task, tap the category icon to re-assign the task to different category.
Groceries Tool
Intuition’s Groceries tool lets you quickly create your shopping lists. To get to the tool, tap the right arrow next to Groceries in your Categories list.
Add Grocery Store
Within the Grocery List Tool tap the plus sign at top right or pull down to add a store name.
Add Items to Grocery Store List
Click the the right arrow next to a store name. Browse the Groceries database that appears. Tap items to add them to your list. To view your custom list, tap the back button at top of screen. Pull down as if you’re adding an item to return to the Groceries database and add to your list.
Search & Add Grocery Items
Type in search field to find items in the Groceries database. If the item isn’t in our database, you can add add it right there.
Migrating Your Data
To migrate your data from Intuition v2.6 please use your existing Intuition email and password. Please email support@iconapps.com if you have any questions.
Reset the App
This action will delete all tasks and settings returning Intuition to its state when first launched. Please make sure you are OK with losing all your data or have registered with Facebook prior to resetting your Intuition instance. If you have any questions please email support@iconapps.com.
Google Calendar Sync
Intuition can sync your Intuition data with Google Calendar. Switch the Sync from OFF to ON in Preferences. Then sign in with your Google account and tap ʺAllow Access.ʺ
Location Setup
When you first launch the app, Intuition will ask you for permission to access your location information. If you need to reset, just go to the iPhone home screen and tap Settings. Then tap General. Then tap Reset. Then tap “Reset Location & Privacy.” Now when you restart Intuition it will ask you for permission to access your location data again.
View Location on Map
While in the Locations area from the bottom icon bar, tap the scope icon above the map to view locations on a map. If you’ve added location info to tasks, markers show the number of tasks and where they are located. Tap on a marker to zoom into the task list for that location.
View Locations List
While in the Locations area from the bottom icon bar, tap the locations icon above the map to view your list of locations.
Tap the right arrow next to each task to view tasks under a location or to add new tasks for that location.
* All tasks that have no location are assigned automatically to the Anywhere location.
Add Location
1. From the either the map view or from your list of locations, tap the plus sign to add new location.
2. Type a name in the Name area or select a store from the list provided.
3 Tap on the Type area and choose store type or select “Other.”

Email Alerts
Swipe to the right to turn on and get email notifications. Intuition will send you one email every morning with your tasks due for that day.
Account Info
Tap the settings icon in the bottom icon bar to get to your account Settings.
When you sign in with Facebook your data is backed up regularly, and you will be able to access your data from multiple devices.
If you have an existing Intuition account, logging in with Facebook will automatically migrate your data to Intuition+.
Sharing
From within a Category tap Share icon to email, text tasks to family or friends. Or print from Intuition.
As always, Intuition brings daily inspirational quotes right to you in the app. When a quote inspires you, share it! Just tap the little heart icon underneath the quote to like it on Facebook.
Advanced Tips
1. Pull down to create Categories and Tasks (instead of using the + button)
2. Re-order Categories and Tasks by pressing and holding a Category or Task bar. When the bar appears to hover above the others, you can move it above or below another Category.
